Evidence of conciliation is inadmissible

36. Evidence of conciliation is inadmissible



Evidence of anything said or done in the course of a conciliation is not
admissible in proceedings before the Tribunal or any other legal proceedings
relating to the subject matter of the complaint, unless all parties to the
conciliation otherwise agree.
