Referral of complaint to Health Services Commissioner or Disability Services Commissioner

34A. Referral of complaint to Health Services Commissioner or Disability
Services Commissioner

If the complaint could be made the subject of a complaint under the
Health Records Act 2001 or the Disability Act 2006, the Privacy Commissioner
may refer the complaint to the Health Services Commissioner or the Disability
Services Commissioner and notify the complainant and the respondent in writing
of the referral.
