Information Privacy Act 2000 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. Commencement
(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Act comes into operation on a day or days
to be proclaimed.
(2) If a provision referred to in subsection (1) (except section 81) does not
come into operation before 1 September 2001, it comes into operation on that
day.
