Parliamentary Committees

10A. Parliamentary Committees



(1) In this section Parliamentary Committee means-

   (a)  a Joint Investigatory Committee, or the House Committee, within the
        meaning of the Parliamentary Committees Act 2003; or

   (b)  a committee of the Legislative Council or the Legislative Assembly.

(2) Nothing in this Act or in any IPP applies in respect of the collection,
holding, management, use, disclosure or transfer of personal information by a
Parliamentary Committee in the course of carrying out its functions as a
Parliamentary Committee.
