Statute Law Repeals Bill 2006
A Bill for an Act to revise the statute law of Victoria by repealing
spent Acts.
The Parliament of Victoria enacts:
1 Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to revise the statute law
of Victoria by repealing spent Acts.
2 Commencement
5 This Act comes into operation on the day after the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
3 Repeal of Acts
The Acts listed in the Schedule are repealed.

This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of
the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
