A BILL
to amend section 21 of the Supreme Court Act 1986 to clarify the
power of the Supreme Court to declare a person to be a vexatious
litigant.

Act 2003
The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to amend section 21 of
the Supreme Court Act 1986 to clarify the power
of the Supreme Court to declare a person to be a
vexatious litigant.

2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day after the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
