A Bill for an Act to repeal certain spent Acts relating to land.
The Parliament of Victoria enacts:
1 Purpose
The main purpose of this Act is to repeal spent
Acts relating to land.
2 Commencement
5 This Act comes into operation on the day after the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
3 Repeal of Acts
The Acts listed in the Schedule are repealed.

4 Repeal of repealing Act
This Act is repealed on the first anniversary of
the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
Note
5 The repeal of this Act does not affect the repeals made by it
(see section 15(1) of the Interpretation of Legislation Act 1984).
