PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA
Initiated in Council 4 November 1999
A BILL
to make a minor amendment to the Labour and Industry Act 1958.
Labour and Industry (Statute Law
Revision) Act 1999
The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to make a minor
amendment to the Labour and Industry
Act 1958.
5 2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day after the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
