PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA
A BILL
to amend the Food Act 1984 and for other purposes.
Food (Amendment) Act 1999
The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to make further
provision relating to the registration of food
premises and food vehicles.
5 2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.
