PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA
A BILL
to amend the Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances (Volatile
Substances) Act 2003 to extend the operation of that Act and for
other purposes.

(Extension of Provisions) Act 2006
The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:
1. Purpose
The main purpose of this Act is to amend the
Drugs, Poisons and Controlled Substances
(Volatile Substances) Act 2003 to extend the
operation of that Act.
