PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA
A BILL
to amend the City of Melbourne Act 2001 with respect to the
application of differential rates by Melbourne City Council and for
other purposes.
City of Melbourne (Amendment) Act
2005
The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to amend the City of
Melbourne Act 2001 with respect to the
application of differential rates by Melbourne City
Council.

2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day after the
day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
