PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA
A BILL
to amend the Board of Studies Act 1993 to expand the objective of
the Board to provide for guidelines and procedures to be developed
for courses for students outside Victoria and for other purposes.
Board of Studies (Amendment) Act 1997
The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to amend the Board of
Studies Act 1993 to expand the objective of the
Board to provide for guidelines and procedures to
5 be developed for courses for students outside
Victoria.
2. Commencement
This Act comes into operation on the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.
