A BILL
to amend the Barley Marketing Act 1993 so as to extend the single
desk operations of ABB Grain Export Limited.

2001
The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to amend the Barley
Marketing Act 1993 so as to extend the single
desk operations of ABB Grain Export Limited.
5 2. Commencement
This Act shall come into operation on the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.

4. Extension of application of certain provisions
5 (1) In section 5(1) of the Principal Act, for "7"
substitute "10".
(2) In section 33A(2) of the Principal Act, for "2001"
substitute "2004".
