                     PARLIAMENT OF VICTORIA
    Initiated in Assembly 22 August 2001




                                A BILL

         to repeal the Business Investigations Act 1958 and for other
                                   purposes.


        Business Investigations (Repeal) Act
                        2001




    The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:


           1. Purpose
                      The purpose of this Act is to repeal the Business
                      Investigations Act 1958.
           2. Commencement
5                     This Act comes into operation on the day after the
                      day on which it receives the Royal Assent.
