A BILL
to amend the Attorney-General and Solicitor-General Act 1972
with respect to the qualifications for appointment to the office of
Solicitor-General.

(Amendment) Act 2003
The Parliament of Victoria enacts as follows:
1. Purpose
The purpose of this Act is to amend the Attorney-
General and Solicitor-General Act 1972 with
respect to the qualifications for appointment to the
5 office of Solicitor-General.
2. Commencement
This Act commences on the day after the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.
