A Bill for an Act to assent to a Provisional Canon of the General Synod
of the Anglican Church of Australia

GENERAL SYNOD
‘CANON CONCERNING HOLY ORDERS 2004’
ASSENTING ACT 2005

Be it enacted by the Bishop and the Clergy and the Laity of the Anglican Church of Australia in the Diocese of Ballarat duly met in Synod according to law as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the ‘General Synod ‘Canon Concerning Holy Orders 2004’ Assenting Act 2005

2. The Synod hereby assents to the Provisional Canon of General Synod set forth in the Schedule of this Act.
