GENERAL SYNOD CANONS ADOPTION ACT (NO. 2) 1998

Be it enacted by the Bishop, the Clergy and the Laity of the Anglican Church of Australia in the Diocese of Ballarat duly met in Synod according to law as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the General Synod Canons Adoption Act (No. 2) 1998.

2. The Synod hereby adopts the following Canons of the General Synod in the consolidated form set forth in the Schedule of this Act.

No. 4 1962 Offences Canon

No. 7 1981 Offences Canon Amendment Canon

No. 12 1992 Offences Canon Amendment Canon

No. 20 1998 Offences Canon Amendment Canon
