A BILL FOR AN ACT NO. 1, 1999

A Bill for an Act to adopt a certain Canon of the General Synod of the Anglican Church of Australia.

GENERAL SYNOD CANON ADOPTION ACT 1999

Be it enacted by the Bishop the Clergy and the Laity of the Anglican Church of Australia in the Diocese of Ballarat duly met in Synod according to law as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the General Synod Canon Adoption Act 1999.

2. The Synod hereby adopts the Canon of the General Synod set forth in the Schedule of this Act.
