A BILL FOR AN ACT NO. 5, 2002

A Bill for an Act to adopt a Canon of the General Synod
of the Anglican Church of Australia.

GENERAL SYNOD 'CHANCELLORS CANON 2001' ADOPTION ACT 2002

Be it enacted by the Bishop the Clergy and the Laity of the Anglican Church of Australia in the Diocese of Ballarat duly met in Synod according to law as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the 'General Synod ‘Chancellors Canon 2001’ Adoption Act 2002'.

2. The Synod hereby adopts the Canon of General Synod set forth in the Schedule of this Act.
