A Bill for an Act to assent to a Canon of the General Synod
of the Anglican Church of Australia.

GENERAL SYNOD 'CONSTITUTION ALTERATION (TRIBUNALS)
AMENDMENT CANON 2001' ASSENTING ACT 2002

Be it enacted by the Bishop the Clergy and the Laity of the Anglican Church of Australia in the Diocese of Ballarat duly met in Synod according to law as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as the 'General Synod ‘Constitution Alteration (Tribunals) Amendment Canon 2001’ Assenting Act 2002'.

2. The Synod hereby assents to the Canon of General Synod set forth in the Schedule of this Act.
