In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears – the Full Court
means the Full Court of the Supreme Court;
recount means a recount referred to
in section 231 ;
the rules means the Rules of Court made under
section 203 and the Supreme Court Rules 2000 to the extent that they
apply under section 204 .
