CAT MANAGEMENT ACT 2009 (NO. 89 OF 2009) - SECT 36
Surrender, &c., of cat to cat management facility
(1) The owner of a cat – (a) may surrender the cat to a cat
management facility; but
(b) must pay any surrender fee charged by the cat
management facility.
(2) A person who is not the owner of a cat may
leave a cat at a cat management facility without payment of any fee.
