WILDLIFE REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 52

      (1) The holder of a wildlife display permit, by notice in writing to the Secretary, may surrender the permit.

      (2) A permit ceases to have effect –

(a) on the date specified in the notice; or

(b) if a date is not specified, on the date of receipt of the notice.
