     Traffic (Offence Detection Devices) (Rescission) Regulations 2002
                                      
   I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies
   in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the
   Executive Council, make the following regulations under the _Traffic
   Act 1925_.

   _1. Short title_
   
   These regulations may be cited as the _Traffic (Offence Detection
   Devices) (Rescission) Regulations 2002_.
   
   _2. Commencement_
   
   These regulations take effect on the day on which the _Traffic Offence
   Detection Devices (New Arrangements) Act 2002_ commences.
   
   _3. _
   
   The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into
   the authorised version of the _Traffic (Offence Detection Devices)
   Regulations 2001_.
   
   Displayed and numbered in accordance with the _Rules Publication Act
   1953_.
   
   Notified in the _Gazette_ on 16 October 2002.
   
   These regulations are administered in the Department of
   Infrastructure, Energy and Resources.
