TRAFFIC (COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 7

7. Specified offences for section 54(1AA) of the Act

For section 54(1AA) of the Act, the following offences are specified:

(a) a parking offence;

(b) a red light offence or speeding offence detected by means of a photographic detection device;

(c) an offence under section 27(1) of the Vehicle and Traffic Act 1999;

(d) an offence under regulation 57(4) of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000.
