TRAFFIC (COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 5A

5A. Prescribed offences for section 43H of the Act

For the purposes of section 43H(6A) of the Act, the following are prescribed offences:

(a) a parking offence;

(b) a speeding offence;

(c) an offence under regulation 8(6) or (7) of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000.
