TRAFFIC (COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 5

5. Prescribed offences for section 9(3) of the Act

For section 9(3) of the Act, the following offences are prescribed:

(a) a parking offence;

(b) an offence under regulation 57(4) of the Vehicle and Traffic (Driver Licensing and Vehicle Registration) Regulations 2000.
