TRAFFIC (COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT) REGULATIONS 2001 - REG 3

In these regulations –

"Act" means Traffic Act 1925;

"designated clerk of petty sessions" has the meaning assigned to it by section 43H(8) of the Act.
