ROAD SAFETY (ALCOHOL AND DRUGS) REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 4

PART 2 - Administrative 4. Qualifications of certain approved analysts

The qualifications prescribed for the purposes of section 3(5)(b) of the Main Act are –

(a) membership, or qualification for membership, of the Royal Australian Chemical Institute or a similar institute approved by the Minister; and

(b) at least 5 years' experience in analytical chemistry.
