ROAD SAFETY (ALCOHOL AND DRUGS) REGULATIONS 1999 - REG 16

16. Prescription of sum for purposes of section 19(5) of Main Act

For the purposes of section 19(5) of the Main Act, the sum of $20 is prescribed as the sum exceeding which a person becomes liable to pay for the whole or a portion of the costs of a medical report and examination under that section.
