For the purposes of section 10(8) of the Main Act –
(a) a piece of textile material bearing the word "DRIVER" is prescribed as the means of identification; and
(b) the tying of that material to the body or any part of the body of a person by tapes or other similar means is prescribed as the manner in which it is to be attached to the body of that person.
