(1)  The Court may enter judgment in the terms of a consent to judgment filed jointly by the parties.

(2)  A consent judgment under subrule (1) may be entered in the absence of the parties.

(3)  A registrar may enter a consent judgment.

(4)  A consent judgment is to be in an approved form.
