Tasmanian Consolidated Regulations
(1) For the purposes of section 59 of the Act
(a) the relevant classes of electrical articles are the classes of electrical equipment specified in Schedule 3 to the Electricity Safety (Equipment Efficiency) Regulations 1999 of Victoria as in force from time to time; and
(b) an electrical article of a class referred to in paragraph (a) is to be labelled in accordance with regulation 16(1) of those regulations.
(2) A relevant class fixed under subregulation (1)(a) is limited to electrical articles that are not second-hand goods within the meaning of the Second-hand Dealers and Pawnbrokers Act 1994.
