Tribunal may order compensation to be paid if employer taken to have accepted liability
If, under section 81AB , an employer is taken to have accepted liability in respect of a claim for compensation in relation to an injury to a worker, the Tribunal may make one or more of the following orders in relation to the employer:(a) order the employer to make weekly payments in respect of the worker from the date determined by the Tribunal;(b) order the employer to pay the costs of an expense payable under Division 2 of Part VI in respect of the injury.
