Where an employer has received a claim for compensation in relation to the death of a worker employed by the employer and the employer does not, in accordance with section 67F(1) , dispute liability to pay compensation to a dependant of the deceased worker, the employer is taken to have accepted liability in respect of that claim including –

(a) entitlement to compensation under section 25; and

(b) dependency or a degree of dependency; and

(c) entitlement to weekly payments of compensation or lump sum compensation.
