Failure to attend before medical panel
If a worker in respect of whom a claim for compensation has been made the Tribunal may suspend the worker's right to compensation under this Act until he or she appears before the medical panel or undergoes that examination.(a) fails, without reasonable cause, to attend before a medical panel at the time and place of which the worker has received not less than 7 days' prior notice in writing from the Tribunal; or(b) appears before a medical panel but refuses to be medically examined by the medical panel or a member of the medical panel or in any way obstructs such an examination
