(1) The Tribunal may from time to time adjourn a proceeding to such times and places and for such purposes as it considers necessary.
(2) The Registrar shall cause a notice of the time and place to which the relevant proceeding is adjourned pursuant to subsection (1) to be served on a party to the proceeding who is not present or represented at the time when the proceeding is adjourned.
