WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 - SECT 31
31. Liability of employer not affected by agreement
Except as provided in this Act, no contract or agreement made between an
employer and a worker has the effect of relieving the employer from liability
to pay compensation under this Act.
