WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 - SECT 2

2. Commencement

      (1) This section and section 1 shall commence on the day on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.

      (2) Except as provided in subsection (1), this Act shall commence on such day as may be fixed by proclamation.
