In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears compensation , used in relation to an injury, means any compensation or any such expenses as are referred to in section 75 payable in respect of that injury under this Act;damages means damages recoverable (whether by virtue of an enactment or otherwise) in respect of any civil liability in the employer, however arising;employer , used in relation to an injury suffered by a worker, includes any person who, in respect of that injury, is liable, under section 29 , to pay compensation or to indemnify any other person for any compensation paid by that other person.
