(1)  The Board may direct an insurer or employer who has made an application under section 100 or 104 , or a licensed insurer or self-insurer, to provide it with such information, and at such times, as it thinks fit relating to the matters referred to in section 101 (2) or 105 (2) .

(2)  A licensed insurer or self-insurer referred to in subsection (1) who refuses or fails to comply with a direction under that subsection is guilty of an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding 150 penalty units.
