WORKERS REHABILITATION AND COMPENSATION ACT 1988 - SECT 108
Duration of licences and permits
(1) A licence or permit comes into force on the day on which it is
granted and remains in force until it is revoked or surrendered under this
Act.
(2) The holder of a licence or permit may, by notice to the Board,
surrender the licence or permit.
