(1)  An insurer who wishes to carry on in this State the business of insuring employers against the employers' liability to their workers under this Act may apply to the Board for a licence.

(2)  An application for a licence shall be –

(a) in a form approved by the Board; and

(b) accompanied by the prescribed fee (if any).
