In this Part –

authorised person means a person, or a member of a class of persons, authorised under section 280E(1) ;

water supply needs means water supply needs for –

(a) domestic water; or

(b) town water; or

(c) stock water; or

(d) firefighting; or

(e) industrial and commercial activity; or

(f) hydro-electric power generation;

WSE direction means a Ministerial direction given under section 280D(1) .
