WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 1995 - SECT 8

8. Confidentiality

Except in the course of performing or exercising functions or powers under this Act, a member of the Board or an advisory committee established by the Board must not disclose any information obtained by that person in the performance or exercise of any functions or powers under this Act.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
