(1) In addition to any penalty imposed on a person for an offence against this Act, a court, on application by or on behalf of the Director, may order the person to pay the costs reasonably incurred in investigating the offence.
(2) In the hearing of an application under this section, a document signed by the Director specifying details of the costs incurred is evidence of the matters so specified.
