WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 1995 - SECT 37A

37A. Offences relating to qualifications, &c.

      (1) A person must not falsely represent that he or she holds a qualification, certificate, accreditation or registration granted or issued under this Act.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.

      (2) A person must not materially alter or deface a qualification, certificate, accreditation or registration granted or issued under this Act.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units.
