WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY ACT 1995 - SECT 19

A person must ensure that he or she is not, by the consumption of alcohol or a drug, in such a state as to endanger his or her own safety at a workplace or the safety of any other person at a workplace.

Penalty:

Fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
