(1) If a veterinary services company that is on the list intends to cease providing veterinary services, it must notify the Board as soon as practicable after forming the intention.
Penalty:
Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
(2) On receipt of notification under subsection (1), the Board is to remove the company from the list.
