On the registration of a person under section 17, 18, 19, or 20, the Registrar shall issue to that person a certificate to the effect that the person is registered for a specific period or for a specific purpose, registered, provisionally registered, registered temporarily, or provisionally registered temporarily, as a veterinary surgeon or veterinary specialist.
